About

Manifesto

Imagine a world made of sculpture.
Where each material tells a new story.
Where every curve reveals a beginning.
Whether she is cutting stone or chiseling silver, Annelise Michelson imagines pieces with timeless volumes, to contemplate or to wear.
She creates emblems of strength for her and him, with powerful and sensual lines.
Sculptures that become jewels, so that each jewel is also a sculpture.

The creator

Annelise Michelson has always observed the world with a sculptor's eye. She remembers being enchanted by the softness of pink onyx, and fascinated by the depth of the black marbles of the sculptures in her childhood home.

Very early on, she saw in materials the possibilities of forms, incarnations and stories, which she successively told through textiles, bronze, gold, Lecce stone and Carrara marble. Whether for a sculpture or a piece of jewelry, Annelise brings her creations to life in the palm of her hands, taming and exploring the volumes, before draping and sculpting the material. It is at this precise moment that she sees what stories this object will be the messenger of.

From a block of wax or silver, she extracts sensuality and movement, and makes nature speak in an organic and voluptuous way. Self-taught with a determined gesture, she seeks to create perfect but surprising units. In love with marble or alabaster, as others are fascinated by emeralds and rubies, she imagines sculptures whose curves today encircle necks and wrists.

Going far beyond jewelry, Annelise has brought her vision to life in a life-size sculpted universe, creating her Parisian Gallery-Boutique. From the masterful plaster display to her new signature furniture line, each curve immerses us in an immersive setting where everyone can come and discover and try all her creations.

The brand

Giving a new and unprecedented dimension to sculpted jewelry, Annelise Michelson pieces have been designing an organic and powerful universe since 2012, where form appears in the material, where the unique and spontaneous gesture shapes metal and stone with complete freedom.

Here, each creation is made in Paris with precision and particular attention to detail. All are published in small series and in precious finishes in vermeil, silver, gold plated or silver plated.

10 years after launching her house, the self-taught designer brilliantly combines absolute best-sellers and couture statements, limited editions and timeless classics in committed and empowering creations.
